What is Asia Investors Society?
Asia Investors Society (AIS) is a principal-to-principal capital intermediation platform in India. It connects domestic family offices, UHNIs and institutional investors with verified off-market real asset mandates, including land, hospitals, hotels, industrial assets, leases and institutional real estate, through a verified, scored and governed transaction process.
What is an off-market real estate mandate?
An off-market mandate is an authority to sell, lease or find a partner for a property that is not publicly listed. AIS distributes only mandates where the principal’s authority is documented and verified. Unverified mandates may be studied internally but are never shopped to capital partners.
Which assets and ticket sizes does AIS work with?
AIS works with licensed and institutional land, SCO parcels, JV land, hospitals and hospital land leases, hotels and resorts, industrial and logistics assets, senior living, and commercial and institutional operating assets. The core ticket range is ₹5 crore to ₹2,000 crore.
Does AIS work outside India?
AIS is focused on India, with mandates across the country and select international markets.
Is AIS a broker or a fund?
Neither. AIS does not represent one side as a brokerage, and it does not pool, hold or manage investor capital. Capital moves principal to principal. AIS provides research, information and introduction services, and does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
Who can work with AIS?
Four groups: principals such as owners, promoters and operators; brokers and advisors holding a mandate; family offices, UHNIs and institutions seeking opportunities; and developers seeking capital or a JV partner.
What is the AIS Deal Score?
The AIS Deal Score is a modular, confidence-weighted score. A common core that applies to every deal is combined with an asset-class module for land, hospital, hotel, industrial, lease or commercial assets. Each parameter is scored 1 to 10, adjusted for data confidence, and the score is locked before matching.
How does AIS protect an introduction?
Documents beyond the teaser sit behind an NCNDA signed electronically on the AIS platform. Data rooms use tiered access and per-recipient watermarks, every view is logged, fee splits are agreed before introduction, and AIS monitors public records for circumvention during the tail period.
How do I get access to the AIS Platform?
Create an account on the sign-in page and tell us what brings you to AIS. A person at AIS verifies every account, usually within two business days, and nothing confidential opens until then.
