Teaser information is as stated by the mandate holder and has not been independently verified unless marked otherwise in the data room. Nothing on this page is an offer. All introductions are subject to NCNDA, KYC and AIS engagement terms. See the Disclaimer.
Anonymised as standard. Detail follows trust.
A mandate is published only after the principal has consented to anonymised marketing and AIS has verified authority. Everything beyond the teaser sits behind an NCNDA.
Questions about off-market mandates
Why are mandates shown without sector or price?
Anonymity protects the principal and the transaction. Teasers show asset class, city or corridor, scale, structure and mandate type. Sector, pricing, principal identity and documents are released only to qualified parties after a signed NCNDA.
How do I see the full details of a mandate?
Use the Request NCNDA link on the teaser or the Request Access page. Qualified parties sign an NCNDA, complete KYC, and then receive the data room and the source-traced IC memo.
How does AIS verify a mandate before showing it?
A mandate is published only after the owner has consented to anonymised marketing and AIS has documented the principal’s authority. Unverified mandates may be studied internally but are never distributed.
Can I register my own asset with AIS?
Yes. Owners, promoters and brokers with a documented mandate can register it through the Request Access page. AIS verifies authority, records the chain of custody and agrees fee terms in writing before any introduction.
Are the figures on the teasers verified?
Teaser information is as stated by the mandate holder and has not been independently verified unless the data room says otherwise. Nothing on the page is an offer.
