The AIS Platform: deal infrastructure for off-market real assets.
One governed rail from mandate to close, with a person approving every introduction.
Six jobs. One record.
Select a stage to see how it works.
Authority before anything else.
Every asset gets a permanent AIS Asset Key. Principal authority is classified and evidenced, and duplicate or competing mandates are flagged. Unverified mandates can be studied, never shopped.

One score, two halves.
A common core for every deal (50%) plus a module for land, hospital, hotel, industrial, lease or commercial assets (50%). Every input carries its provenance: verified, inferred, claimed or unknown.
- Authority: direct principal letter
- Duplicate check: none found
- Risk review: cleared with conditions
Built to disagree.
An independent function reviews every locked score and can veto it. Scoring never sees the buyers. Risk asks one question: what could go wrong?
- ClearedTail risks acceptable. Proceeds to matching.
- Cleared with conditionsIntroduction waits until named conditions are met.
- VetoedUnacceptable regardless of score. Reasoning logged.
What investors do outranks what they say.
Matching starts on stated preferences and shifts towards observed behaviour as evidence builds. Every match is proposed with written reasoning.
Fee protection is structural.
No document beyond the teaser is visible without a signed NCNDA. Access is tiered, watermarked and logged, and fee splits are fixed before any introduction.
- 1NCNDA e-signed
- 2Documents unlock in tiers
- 3Watermark unique to each recipient
- 4Every view and download logged

One human. A governed AI team.
One accountable founder leads a team of specialised AI agents under an independent Governance function that no other executive can override.
Four rules that do not bend.
Authority first
Only mandates with documented principal authority are ever distributed.
Scores are locked
Once issued, a score cannot be altered by any role.
Risk can veto
An independent function has the final word on tail risk.
People approve
Every introduction is approved by a person.
