Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Asia Investors Society collects through its website, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It is written with reference to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

01Who we are and what this policy covers

“AIS”, “we” and “us” mean Asia Investors Society, a principal-to-principal capital intermediation platform for off-market real assets in India. For personal data collected through this website, AIS is the data fiduciary: M/s Asia Investors Society, a proprietorship.

This policy covers the website at asiainvestorssociety.com, including the request-access form, the Capital Notes sign-up and email you send to our public address. It does not cover the AIS Platform itself. If you are admitted to the platform as a capital partner, mandate holder, co-broker, developer or project client, our Platform Terms apply, and we will give you a separate notice covering the onboarding, KYC, NCNDA and data-room information we handle for you.
